RPG / COBOL

SQL / DB2

Exposure to .Net / Java

Core / Must Have :

Troubleshooting skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.

Communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High end reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Application monitoring tools - Dynatrace, IBM monitoring and ability to read logs.

Technical proficiency : Good understanding of AS400 operating system, RPG, Cobol, DB2, CL (Command Line); SQL skills.

Mid Technical proficiency : Good understanding of Windows operating system, .Net, Java, API, and SQL skills.

Primary / Should Have :

Application expertise : Experience in .Net, API, and Java development experience.

Understanding of networking concepts.

Knowledge management and ability to create reliable and clear SOP documents.
