Kronos System Administrator

Job Description

Provide Expert Technical Support for Kronos Workforce Management.

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the Kronos Workforce Management system. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll.

Additionally, you will configure and maintain system settings, user accounts, and security roles within the Kronos application.

Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data.

System audits are also a critical component of this job, requiring regular checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Furthermore, you will develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Kronos system functionalities and best practices.

Assisting in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features is also an essential responsibility in this role.

Lastly, you will create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
