We are seeking a highly motivated System Support and Configuration Specialist to assist program leaders with system configurations, administration, and user support for global, web-based applications. This role will primarily focus on the EtQ Reliance platform, ensuring smooth daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide daily system support via phone, email, and instant messaging to EtQ Reliance users.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with users and software vendors as needed to resolve problems.
- Perform system administration tasks, including updating website content and making system data changes.
- Assist with configuration updates and workflow enhancements in EtQ Reliance.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system configurations.
- Support software validation and change control processes.
- Create charts, graphs, and reports using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
- Assist in developing training materials to support user adoption.
