Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Global Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team in India.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work efficiently with clients and candidates.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for India clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
