The team provides comprehensive legal counsel across various domains, including corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The team oversees corporate governance, ensuring adherence to statutory obligations and facilitating effective board and shareholder engagements. The team proactively manages compliance across multiple regulated sectors, adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes.

About the Role

This role focuses on driving a comprehensive compliance strategy across Navi's regulated businesses, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. It plays a key role in fostering a culture of compliance, engaging with regulators and stakeholders, and advising senior management and the Board on compliance matters.
