Digital Transformation Manager

Job descriptionIdentify key finance processes suitable for automation and AI adoption (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, treasury). Lead implementation of AI-driven tools and automation technologies to optimize finance operations. Ensure integration of new tools with existing ERP systems and workflows. Oversee outsourced finance operations including bookkeeping, payroll, management reporting, and tax compliance. Align outsourced services with clients' automation and digital transformation strategies. Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that adds measurable value to client organizations. Plan and execute client engagements involving automation, AI, and outsourcing initiatives. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project success. Serve as the main client liaison to ensure transparent communication and proactive risk management. Collaborate with business development teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. Create impactful proposals, presentations, and case studies demonstrating success in finance transformation. Build long-term relationships to drive client retention and new business opportunities. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Mentor junior staff on best practices in automation, AI technologies, and finance operations. Foster a team culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.

- Partner with CFOs to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational priorities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on leveraging automation and AI to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Support CFOs in achieving financial transformation through technology and process innovation.
