This role involves handling day-to-day marketing and brand activities, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities :

Communicate with clients for briefs, updates, feedback, and approvals

Maintain clear and timely communication between clients and our internal teams

Schedule and post content on social media platforms

Coordinate

for website updates like content uploads, banners, and small changes

Coordinate with vendors / agencies for shoots, printing, production, logistics, etc.

Support content and design teams to ensure posts go live on time

Assist with everyday social media tasks and track engagement

Collect feedback, post content, and support the Account Manager with activities

Alert the team about any urgent issues or trends on social media

Requirements :

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

6 months of marketing experience (internship or job)

Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Passionate about marketing and brand communication

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in client servicing or social media coordination

Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS)

Experience working with vendors or agencies
