Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, monitoring project progress, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. You will act as a central point of communication between different stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes and maintain project documentation to ensure seamless project workflow.

Qualifications

Project coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines

Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients

Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail to identify and mitigate risks during project execution

Must know about data collection projects

Proficiency with project management tools and software

Adaptability, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field

Experience in technology or AI / ML-related projects is a strong plus

Previous experience working in a remote environment is preferred
