Job descriptionHave 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating projects in a tech or product-driven environment. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum execution and sprint tracking. Excellent at coordinating across teams, ensuring progress is tracked, mapped, and communicated effectively. Possess strong organisational and analytical skills to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or operations. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello). Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to track, map, and present project progress effectively. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with internal teams to track, document, and communicate project progress.
- Maintain updated sprint trackers, dashboards, and reports in tools like Jira or Asana.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and escalate blockers when needed.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and executing sprints.
- Closely work with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Prepare and circulate progress updates and risk reports regularly.
- Maintain all project documentation, task lists, and status boards for visibility.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Ensure that project progress is accurately tracked, mapped, and aligned with timelines and goals.
