As our fleet expands, we’re looking for a driven and experienced  Owner-Operator Recruiter  to help us bring on the best independent drivers in the industry.Job Overview : The Owner-Operator Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified owner-operators to join our fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in transportation recruitment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Proactively source and recruit qualified owner-operators through online platforms, cold calls, job boards, social media, and industry eventsScreen candidates to ensure compliance with DOT and company standardsCoordinate onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and setupBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential candidatesWork closely with operations to understand current capacity needs and hiring targetsMaintain accurate records and track KPIs related to recruitmentQualifications : 2+ years of experience recruiting in the trucking or logistics industryStrong understanding of owner-operator requirements, DOT regulations, and onboarding processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independentlyFamiliarity with recruiting tools, CRM systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)What We Offer : Competitive compensation (base + performance bonuses)Flexible work environment (remote or hybrid options)Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companySupportive team and streamlined hiring process(Any specific perks : Paid time off, health benefits, etc.)
