Job description5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
Job Title : Cloud Solutions Architect
Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, configuring and testing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, Payroll (UK Payroll), and Helpdesk.
- Perform end-to-end testing and provide functional support, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents within SLAs.
