The

Discovery Zone Leader North East & West

position reports to the Discovery Commercial Leader and is part of the Cytiva India Commercial Team located in Ahmedabad / Mumbai / Pune and will be working remotely to cover the North / East & West territory.

At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do :

Lead commercial activities in the North / East / West region.

Maintain close regular customer connects.

Lead strategies for wider account coverage and lead generation

Lead a team of talented account managers.

Devise and maintain routine prospecting in the region.

Keep track of customer deliveries, escalate as required and satisfy customer needs.

Escalate proactively and close pending tasks with all stakeholders.

Publish and maintain dashboards for key commercial parameters.

Who you are :

Bachelors or Masters degree, with 8+ years industry experience preferably life sciences or health care

Lifesciences business acumen

Solution / outcome selling with uncompromising integrity
