Oracle Financial Functional Analyst

Job description3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and deploying Oracle EBS R12 financial modules, Cash Mgmt., AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and GL . In-depth knowledge of localization requirements in India, particularly GST compliance, with experience in configuring these requirements. Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions & Projects Module is a significant advantage. Strong business process analysis skills and ability to define system requirements. High analytical ability to solve problems and think critically. Ability to work independently and engage in self-learning. Familiarity with Oracle development tools such as SQL, PL / SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher is an advantage. Understanding of intercompany processes and transactions across global entities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal. Experience in leading project teams is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Full-time position in Bangalore, India. Experience working in a global organization is an advantage.
Job Description
- Implementation and Deployment : Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle EBS R12 financial modules , Cash Management, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL).
- Localization for India (GST) : Customize financial modules to meet local tax requirements in India, particularly GST compliance, including process configuration, reporting, and regulatory adherence.
- Project Management : Plan, manage, and execute financial system projects, including requirements definition, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project objectives.
- Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and ensure smooth system maintenance.
- System Integration : Ensure seamless integration between financial modules and other enterprise systems, including ERP solutions.
- Training and Documentation : Train new and existing users on financial modules and create comprehensive documentation and user guides
