Role : Oracle Fusion Financials – Functional Lead

Location : Chennai / Bengaluru

Work Model & Timings  - Role requires  to operate from office 3 days / week during 2.30PM IST to 12 midnight IST) in hybrid model .

Description : We are looking for an experienced  Oracle Fusion Financials - Functional Lead  with a strong functional background and experience in Oracle Fusion - Financials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and understand business requirements and provide optimal Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Configure and support core Oracle Fusion Financial modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany (IC), Expenses, and Tax.
• Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure successful data migration using tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFDI (ADF Desktop Integrator), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
