• NET Technologies Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core Database & Scripting Strong SQL scripting skills, Writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Application Support & Debugging Investigating and resolving production issues and application errors Root cause analysis, performance troubleshooting, and bug fixing Application log analysis DevOps & Version Control Familiarity with Azure DevOps (CI / CD, Boards, Pipelines) Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos Incident / Problem / Change Management Hands-on experience working within ITIL-aligned or similar support frameworks Managing L2 / L3 support tickets and escalations Documentation Creating and maintaining technical documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles Communication Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Secondary Skillset Frontend Development Basic knowledge of Angular for troubleshooting or enhancements Business Intelligence Familiarity with Power BI for reports and dashboards Cloud Services Exposure to Azure Services
