Role Purpose
Be the Pan-India Supply Head for Driver Partners : lead and coach city HRs to hit weekly hiring targets, improve show-ups / retention, and keep compliance tight. Work closely with the Chief of Staff on internal HR (policies, hiring, FnF) and with Legal on contracts. This is a go-getter role for someone who understands how a startup scales driver supply.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Partner Hiring (Primary)Own city-wise hiring plans , sourcing mixes (referrals, walk-ins, field drives, job boards, social, community), and weekly targets.Drive show-up , D0 conversions , and 30-day retention via onboarding, training, and incentive hygiene.Run daily MIS : pipeline, offers, joins, attrition, reasons for fallout; review with city HRs.HRBP (Client-Facing)Act as HRBP for key client accounts—handle audits, documentation, escalations; align staffing to SLAs.Compliance & Payroll InputsOwn salary structure components , attendance / OT inputs, and coordinate payroll hygiene.Lead PF & ESIC workflows (enrolment, contributions, ECR filing coordination, challans, inspections support).Maintain statutory records; support FnF settlements and exit documentation.Internal HR (with Chief of Staff) & LegalDraft / iterate HR policies , run hiring for internal staff, conduct HR discussions.Liaise with Legal for offer letters, contracts, NDAs, addendums, and vendor / driver agreements.Escalations & Crisis ManagementTriage absenteeism spikes, driver grievances, site issues; ensure fast replacement TAT and clear communication.Must-Have Qualifications
3–7 years in HR / TA for logistics / driver management / blue-collar hiring with multi-city exposure.Hands-on PF & ESIC experience (enrolments, reconciliations, compliance documentation).Strong English ; Hindi required; local languages a plus.Comfortable with field-drives , travel, and weekend / late-hour operations when needed.Tools : Excel / Sheets , HRIS / ATS basics; crisp, professional email writing.Success Metrics (KPIs)
