Junior Engineer Quality SED

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyse customer requirements specifications and technical requirements.
• Prepare Inspection & test plans and different testing procedures.
• Performing product Inspection and testing as per the ITP drawing Data sheets and meeting the customer-specified requirements.
• Performing product inspection offering inspection stages to the customer inspector.
• Monitoring product welding requirements based on WPS and PQR.
• Reviewing material certificates as per material specifications product data sheets.
• Performing NDE (RT MPT VT LPT etc.) examinations.
• Preparing quality dossiers as per the Inspection & test plan.
• Handling Internal & External audits.
• Co-ordination with internal and inter-department team members.
• Coordinating with Customer and External parties & extending support as & when required.
• Identifying Root cause and corrective action for NCRs and customer complaints related to orders.
• Oversee continuous improvement projects.
• Complying with Enpros Vision Mission Values and objectives
• Closure of action points from MRM and customer / third-party audits.

Pedigree :

1. Bachelors in mechanical engineering.
