Manager Tagetik Power BI

We are looking for an experienced Tagetik Application SME, with extensive and proven experience on Power BI to join our Corporate Finance Technology (CFT) team.

This role is responsible for providing first-line functional support for Group Consolidation and Solvency II reporting (incl. Power BI suite of reports) modules in Tagetik, managing stakeholder expectations.

There will be a requirement to provide user maintenance support for couple of other finance applications, i.e. Atticus & Orbitax - so knowledge of ITIL principles is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate support operations effectively.

As a manager, your responsibilities will include :

Functional Support & Issue Resolution

• Triaging and resolution of issues with Power BI datasets, performance issues and maintain existing semantic models in Tagetik.
• Provide user maintenance support for small financial applications i.e. Atticus and Orbitax.
• Provide support across Tagetik Consolidation and PPS SII solution tools as part of the BAU (Business As Usual) support team.
• Troubleshoot complex issues raised by users during key reporting cycles.
• Analyse and resolve ServiceNow tickets, adhering to SLAs.
• Coordinate amongst teams (networks / security / workplace etc.) to resolve issues not pointing towards SaaS application, but M&G's policies.
• Support version upgrades and participate actively in service reviews with vendor.
• Keeping yourself up-to date with SaaS product community to be aware of latest events, releases, fixes etc.
