We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality products. You will lead a cross-functional team of talented engineers, shaping our technology, architecture, and delivery processes.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background and hands-on product development experience, who has transitioned into a managerial role or is a Tech Lead looking to grow into Engineering Leadership.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading and mentoring a team of up to 15 engineers to deliver high-impact features and products.
- Driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable back-end and front-end systems.
- Owning end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and performance benchmarks are met.
- Working closely with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Guiding the team on technical challenges, design reviews, code quality, and architecture discussions.
- Contributing to hands-on coding in critical modules and design prototyping as needed.
- Promoting engineering best practices including CI / CD, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and high ownership within the team.
- Attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier engineering talent.
What you’d have
10–15 years in software development with a strong product focus.Degree from a Tier-1 college (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.) in Computer Science or related field.Experience leading or mentoring small to mid-sized engineering teams.Strong coding and architectural skills in backend technologies : Go, Java, Python, Node.js.Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or similar.Solid understanding of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and scalable systems.Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance systems.Excellent problem-solving and system design capabilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to have
Experience in fast-paced start-ups or product-based companies.Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), messaging systems, API-first development.Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Why Join Us
