Role : Salesforce Analytical consultant

• MUST - Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Einstein Analytics (EA)
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce components.
• Experience with Salesforce development best practices, including secure coding and unit testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• A Salesforce Analytical Consultant is responsible for leveraging Salesforces data, analytics, and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role combines technical Salesforce expertise with strong business acumen, focusing on data strategy, reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
• Translate business requirements into analytical deliverables that inform strategic decisions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on Salesforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize Salesforce Analytics tools such as Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics ), Tableau, or Power BI for advanced visualization and predictive modeling.
• Support implementation of new Salesforce analytics features and integrations.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline analytics processes.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across Salesforce objects and integrated systems.
• Work with data engineering teams to align Salesforce data with enterprise data models.
• Monitor and enhance data quality through governance processes and deduplication.
