Job Title : HR Intern - Recruitment

About The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the dynamics of hiring in a fast-paced SaaS product organization . This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, helping you develop key HR and talent acquisition skills while working closely with the HR and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Source profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring panels to ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker / ATS with candidate details and status.
- Support the team in shortlisting resumes, conducting preliminary assessments, and following up with candidates.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as social media posts or campus engagement.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Participate in HR team meetings and brainstorm ideas to improve the hiring process.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel / Google Sheets, and other recruitment tools.A self-starter with a learning mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You'll Gain
