EDAG Production Solutions - Support Engineer - Ticketing System

Responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for level 1 / 2 support in German Language,
• Incident management : incident resolution and escalation
• Problem management : problem creation and closure
• Knowledge management : creation and update of knowledge articles for different user groups (IT, end-user, 1st Level etc.)
• Monitoring and event management : creating and maintaining alerts for the supported services and speaking (Mandatory) :
• Any Programming Language (python ,C#, Java )
• Experience in any monitoring IT tool
• German speaking needed
• Rich knowledge as user of a ticketing system, preferred Service Now
• IT knowledge as user of IT-systems, e. g. MES
• High problem solving skills
• High analytic skills
