Job Title - Compliance officer
Responsibilities :
- Answer Queries received on system and email on timely manner
- Follow up for compliance documents via calls, emails and messages
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Responsible for achieving assigned service level agreements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
- Manage to get candidates compliant for the role / counties according to end client requirements including but not limited to assigning training as per the

Attending regular client connect to ensure they have all update about compliance and mobility for their candidatesResponsible for booking mobility (booking flights, hotels and cars) for the candidates as per their project requirementsCoordinate with Suppliers for VISA applicationsResponsible for handling Payroll related queries forcandidates Requirements and skills :
