Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Compliance Officer located in Surat. The role involves overseeing compliance with HR policies, ensuring legal and regulatory adherence, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR activities. Key responsibilities also include guiding the development of job descriptions, supporting an inclusive work environment, and ensuring alignment with the company's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices
• Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Skills in Job Description Development and role alignment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software / tools and MS Office Suite
