Manages backend sales operations, facilitates coordination between departments, vendors, and customers, and ensures process execution in documentation, procurement, and reporting. Requires strong organizational and relationship management skills, with experience in agriculture-related sales support.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Liaise with government departments and coordinate with vendors for procurement and compliance.
- Support sales targets with backend processes : quotations, customer orders, dispatch, and pricing updates.
- Handle documentation, approvals, customer files, and government subsidies.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and payment processes; negotiate vendor pricing.
- Maintain CRM databases and generate regular sales and inventory reports.
- Provide office support and assist in cross-department communication.
Skills & Competencies : -
- Strong relationship management and sales process understanding.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask under deadlines and communicate effectively.
Qualifications & Experience : -
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Agriculture, or Engineering preferred.
- 3–6 years in backend sales coordination, ideally in AgriTech or a related field.

- Updated inventory management.
