Job descriptionMonitor and maintain network performance and uptime. Provide L3 troubleshooting for DNS / DHCP / Infobox issues. Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and apply long-term fixes. Configure security policies within Infobox systems. Monitor network security events, mitigate threats, and ensure compliance. Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and RCA reports. Generate regular performance / security reports. Work closely with IT and network engineering teams. Participate in on-call rotations for P1 / P2 escalations. Deep expertise in Infobox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM). Strong understanding of networking protocols : TCP / IP, VLANs, BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS, STP, RSTP. Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and Riverbed solutions. Experience with scripting (Python, Shell) for automation. Ability to work in large-scale enterprise : Infobox Certified Network Administrator (ICNA) mandatory / preferred. Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP) highly desirable. Experience with network monitoring tools (Nektar, SolarWinds, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and RCA documentation skills. Knowledge of load balancers, QoS, and NAC solutions.
