About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the growth, positioning, and storytelling of our brand. The ideal candidate will create and execute integrated marketing strategies, manage brand campaigns, and ensure a consistent voice across all channels — from digital to retail.
You’ll collaborate with creative, digital, and product teams to strengthen brand recall, drive engagement, and build meaningful customer connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategy to enhance awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Plan and oversee 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency across visuals, communication, and customer experience.
- Lead collaborations, partnerships, and influencer / PR initiatives.
- Manage content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and offline collaterals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams for GTM strategies and promotions.
- Analyse campaign performance and ensure ROI on marketing spends.
- Manage creative partners, agencies, and the internal marketing team.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or similar roles.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and retail branding.Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.What We Offer
