Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the project management offic e(PMO) organization with administration services according to instructions.
• Maintain project management (PM) policies and guidelines and keep them up-to-date in all files and systems.
• Coordinate changes of access authorization and implementation of the changes.
• Administer project data and project reports and coordinate project reviews.
• Take over operational organization of local or international PM training.
• Prepare PMO reports and monitor action lists as agreed.
