Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support / Desktop Support professionals to join our team in a voice process role. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in IT support. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to users in a day shift role.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Assist users in setting up and managing their accounts and applications.
- Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Mac OS.Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Skills Required
