You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns, with a strong focus on SMB customer acquisition. This role is highly analytical, fast-paced, and results-driven - perfect for someone who thrives on scaling campaigns with precision and creativity.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (including Conversion, Retargeting, and Lookalike audiences).
- Develop a weekly testing roadmap (audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, funnels).
- Monitor and optimize daily budget pacing and maintain CPA targets.
- Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking for CPM, CTR, creatives, and targeting approaches.
- Collaborate with Content & Design teams to create compelling ad creatives aligned with SMB messaging.
- Ensure landing pages and funnels are aligned with campaign intent (with Funnel / UX teams).Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale.
- Proven track record running SMB-focused campaigns in Fintech or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Conversion API, Pixel tracking, and attribution models.
- Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and BI tools.
- Familiarity with creative testing, funnel analysis, and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills with growth, content, and design teams.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-channel growth marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRO, and lifecycle funnels.
- Ability to manage external agencies or contractors when required.
