Job description5+ years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master / Product Owner for Data Analytics Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile / SAFe Certification is a plus Effective conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment, take higher responsibilities working with a cross-functional team who are working on multiple priorities. Experience as PM / Scrum Master for Data Analytics, understanding of business processes to help prioritize and negotiating for consensus building. Experience in Agile / SAFe methodologies managing Data Analytics / Science with a focus on building a Strong Agile team, including implementation of CI / CD / DevOps Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations & facilitate Demo to various levels of management articulating project / Sprint status, risk mitigations, benefits & financial realizations. Self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide the team during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals & priorities
