Summary of the profile :

We're seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. You'll collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates are proficient in SQL, Python / R, Excel, and familiar with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

What you'll do here :

• Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, CSVs), ensuring quality and integrity.
• Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar tools.
• Define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g. finance, marketing, ops) to gather requirements and present data-backed recommendations.
• Automate repetitive data processes using scripting (Python, SQL, or ETL frameworks).
• Support ad-hoc analytics requests and create compelling visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
