Job Title : Assistant Executive - Accounts

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Executive - Accounts to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in accounting or bookkeeping, looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and efficiently resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry and financial reporting .
- Support the bookkeeping process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting .
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to track and analyze financial data.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in accounting , bookkeeping , or a finance-related role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP is an advantage.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles .Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.If you are looking for a role that offers both professional growth and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
