Job Description Must be - Well versed in Exports and Freight forwarding in logistics – Daily Execution & Carrier Management - Conduct monthly RFQ and forwarder allocation with Head Logistics and Exports team. - Ensure booking copies and containers are arranged for export stuffing. - Ensure direct export stuffing at plants. - Alert stakeholders for containers shipped in case of any ETA changes. - Identify new forwarders / liners for export / import operations as needed. – Cost & Budget Control - Provide inputs to logistics analyst for export freight and inland-import handling budgets. - Identify new liners / forwarders to reduce export freight cost. - Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives in export freight, import freight, and inland handling. - Drive digitization of exports operations – RFQ, container allocation, and tracking.
