Job Role :

• Responsible for end to end recruitment
• Effective Utilization of various sourcing channels such as Resdex, FoundIt, Social Media, LinkedIn and Candidate Referral
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels viz. job Portals, referral, LinkedIn, and through other networking sites
• Quick turnaround of quality resumes within the specified time limits and identifying the 'right candidate'
• Telephonic HR screening of the candidates as per the given Job Description.
• Provide timely feedback to the candidates and build strong rapport with the candidate
• Post selection Follow up with offered candidates till they join
