Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, demonstrating product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively. Daily tasks include guiding customers through our selection of gold and silver products, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
• Strong Product Knowledge of gold and silver bullion and jewelry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
