Summary of Position :   Handle calls and assist customers regarding webhosting issues

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues that customers experience with their web hosting plans and services.
• Provide technical support for level-one escalation issues via help desk.
• Should multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and the managers.

Qualifications :   BCA,BSc,Diploma (CS), MCA, MSc(CS), BE( except Mechanical & Civil)
