• Providing backend support to customers through phone, troubleshooting technical issues related to webinar.
• Good Communication Sills (Verbal & Oral)
• Should be a logical thinker.
• Should be good in technical troubleshooting skills
• Should have good typing skill and comfortable using computer
• Ready to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) & in weekends
