Job Title : Sales Head

Experience : 2 to 3 year proven record sales head or in a similar senior sales role.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and proven experience in managing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for :

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Identify new market opportunities and create plans to tap into them.

Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Set individual and team targets and monitor progress.

Business Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Identify potential clients and pitch our services / products effectively.

Revenue & Target Achievement

Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Market Research & Analysis

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Provide insights to management for business growth and improvement.

Operational Responsibilities

Oversee daily sales operations.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth business flow.

Handle key accounts and close high-value deals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or in a similar senior sales role in education field.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies accordingly.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
