Job descriptionDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Allocate resources, including team members and third-party contractors, effectively to each project. Monitor and manage resource allocation to optimize project outcomes. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact. Proactively address any project-related issues as they arise. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders. Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations. Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks as required. Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, and expenses. Work to maximize project profitability. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a Project Manager in the E-commerce industry. Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
