Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Content Author who will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The role requires expertise in working with AEM components, templates, and workflows to ensure content consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create, edit, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Work with predefined templates and components to ensure consistency with brand

guidelines.

  • Upload, manage, and optimize digital assets such as images, videos, and documents in AEM DAM.
  • Collaborate with design, development, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • Manage site structure, page creation, and navigation updates in AEM.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and responsive design.
  • Maintain version control and adhere to workflows for content approval and publishing.
  • Troubleshoot content-related issues and work with technical teams for resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and content governance policies.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & DAM).
  • Good understanding of AEM templates, components, workflows, and tagging.
  • Experience with content publishing, updates, and asset management.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
