Job description

Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and industrial machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment such as motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs..
Support commissioning and testing of new machines and equipment.
Provide technical support to clients and operators regarding equipment usage and performance.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and records of work completed.
Coordinate with project, design, and automation teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Travel to customer sites for service, breakdown support, and on-site inspections.

Qualifications

BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience as an Electrical Service Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting methods.

Basic knowledge of PLC programming, HMI operation, and automation systems.

Familiarity with motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel and work in field service environments.

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
