Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow the key relationships.
Understand customer's business to be able to explore automation opportunities
Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship
Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve quarterly quotas.
The Successful Applicant
12-16 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry
Previous experience of selling to enterprise customers in IT / ITES segment
Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi product selling strategy etc
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills
Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in Application selling background like ERP / CRM will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
Energetic and highly motivated personality
