Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing customer relationships, conducting needs assessments, and providing solutions based on Schola Classes' offerings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies. The role also involves meeting sales targets and contributing to customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and needs assessment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Sales experience, particularly in the educational sector, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
