• Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.
• Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Implement and enforce best practices for network security and data protection.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the financial services sector.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
• Conduct technical training and mentoring for junior staff members.
• Ensure compliance with information security, IT policies, and conduct audits (System, Cyber Security).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.
• Experience in broking industries will be given added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
