Senior Member Technical Staff : Solution QA

Job descriptionWrite automated test scripts (Python) for routine processes and robust solution testing. Build and maintain automation infrastructure for scale and reliability. Ramp-up and enable Support teams for solution deployment. Work with internal teams to make solutions more robust and reliable. Participate in trial-and-error activities at various stages of client deliveries. Design and implement KPI dashboards for solution performance monitoring. Demonstrate ownership, proactiveness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. Think outside the box to improve solutions and processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Testing & Verification :
- Participate in test planning activities with Solution Architects (Integration, UAT, HAT cases).
- Verify JSONs and other solution outputs.
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing of solutions.
- Act as first-level debugger for the solution team and internal customers.
