Primary Job Title : International Voice Process Executive
About the Opportunity
We are hiring on-site International Voice Process Executives in India to join a high-volume contact centre handling US / UK customer interactions. This role suits candidates who thrive in target-driven environments can maintain high-quality voice engagement and are comfortable working rotational shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls (US / UK) with accuracy professionalism and adherence to call scripts.
- Use CRM and dialer systems to log interactions update customer records and track resolution metrics in real time.
- Achieve or exceed KPIs : average handling time first-call resolution quality scores and conversion / retention targets.
- Follow compliance and data-protection procedures for international customer information and call recordings.
- Participate in quality calibrations coaching sessions and daily huddles to continuously improve performance.
- Handle escalations efficiently and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Clear spoken English with US / UK accent proficiency suitable for international voice interactions.Experience working in an international voice process or BPO environment.Familiarity using CRM platforms and call logging (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred).Hands-on experience with predictive dialers or outbound calling systems.Comfortable working on-site in India across rotational / night shifts.Preferred
Experience in outbound sales customer retention or collections for international markets.Exposure to VoIP platforms and dialer configuration.Accent training certification or prior coaching in accent neutralization.Benefits & Culture Highlights
