Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Must have a strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes typically followed in organizations
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module as per organizational requirements
  • Must have experience in the design and implementation of the following modules :
  • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) : Order and Quote Management
  • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform , including security , performance , and compliance
  • Strong experience in third-party integrations using REST , SOAP , Integration Hub , E-bonding , and other methods
  • Skilled in collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements and pain points , and translating them into functional specifications
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to support successful end-user adoption
  • Perform system testing , troubleshooting , and issue resolution during the implementation phase
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and manage integrations with external and internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow
  • Provide ongoing platform / module support to users by addressing their queries and issues
  • Document processes , configurations, and customizations to produce comprehensive user guides and training materials
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Implementation experience in Sales and Order Management for the Telecommunications industry
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ) are a plus
  • Strong leadership , problem-solving , critical thinking , and communication skills
