Position Summary :
SSII, an US based medical devices company engaged in developing and manufacturing class II & III Surgical Robots is seeking an Executive Assistant – Medical Transcriptionist for its Gurgaon, India location. This role will support healthcare operations by providing administrative and medical transcription assistance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in medical terminology and transcription. This role will require excellent typing speed, strong calendar and time management skills, a professional command of English, and the ability to work with precision and discretion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Description :
1.Transcribe medical notes and recordings accurately and efficiently.
2.Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules proactively.
3.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for clinical and administrative purposes.
4.Coordinate professional communications internally and externally.
5.Maintain confidentiality of patient, clinical, and organizational information.
6.Assist with travel arrangements, meeting planning, and task follow-ups.
7.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and teams to ensure smooth documentation and workflow.
Knowledge and Skill
1.Proficiency in medical terminology across multiple specialties.
2.Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with high accuracy.
3.Strong calendar and time management skills.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcription software.
5.Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
6.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
7.Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
8.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in medical transcription, clinical research documentation, or healthcare administration.
Familiarity with clinical protocols, medical devices, or healthcare systems is advantageous.
