BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated BIM specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital models of construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring that all project participants have access to accurate and up-to-date project data. Candidate will placed directly with one of our clients, who are well established in the Hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain digital models of construction projects using BIM software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project data
• Ensure that all project participants have access to up-to-date project data and are working with the most current models
• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for the organization
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of BIM software and workflows
• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress
• Identify potential design and construction issues and work with project teams to develop solutions
• Maintain project documentation and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to BIM
